Support

Distec offer standard and extended manufacturers warranty normally on a Return To Base (RTB) basis.

There is also a level of support and reponse - A Managed Service that can come in 3 flavours;

  • P1 - Managed Service - Bonded Harwdare is held on site
  • P2 - Managed Service - Bonded Hardware is held at Distec HQ with site visits and response times (normally 48hrs)
  • P3 - Managed Service - Tailor made to customer needs
